法標以風險評估方法及管制為基礎， 證據蒐集程序包括：行前評估、現場訪視、 與場址的人員訪談、確認所提供的文件證據、 對排放數據進行抽樣、評估數據管理系統、 確認排放數據的蒐集與彙總、 生產與能源消耗之間的分析， 並確認所參考的協議條款是否被適當應用。
角色與職責
受查組織責任方依據查證準則規定， 負責準備並提出溫室氣體聲明。 此項責任包括規劃、實施及維護與 溫室氣體聲明有關的數據管理系統， 溫室氣體盤查清冊和盤查報告確認。
法標對所報告的溫室氣體排放量提供 獨立的第三方查證， 出具本次查證組織型溫室氣體排放量之查證意見。 查證團隊具獨立及公正性， 不存在任何利益衝突。
Inventory methodology and data notes
Interpreting the annual data
The source inventory report uses 2024 as the base year and states that this was the first year of third-party verification. Commuting estimates use data for 1,779 faculty and staff in Academic Year 113 (2024/2025), together with motorcycle and car activity data. This differs from the 2023 estimation method, which included students. Any comparison across years should therefore be read together with the methodological notes for each year. This disclosure does not use a historical series recalculated on a consistent basis and does not calculate an emissions reduction rate across years from the source report totals.
Verification scope and intended use
The AFNOR ASIA verification statement specifies reasonable assurance for Categories 1 and 2 and limited assurance for Categories 3–5. Category 6 is marked NS. This page retains that designation and does not interpret it as zero emissions.
Page 3 of the verification statement states that estimated data are used for Categories 3–6. The intended use is to understand emissions voluntarily as a basis for emissions reduction strategies. The statement must be read together with the specified inventory report and inventory, and all four pages must be used together. This disclosure was prepared separately by Ming Chuan University; the assurance provided for the source documents does not extend to this webpage. The publication date of the electricity emission factor on page 3 differs between the Chinese and English versions: 2025/04/14 in Chinese and 2024/04/14 in English. This disclosure retains the source documents without correction and does not infer from this discrepancy that the emissions data or verification conclusion are incorrect.
