A total of 114 participants, including faculty members, staff, and students, joined the program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Aligned with the competency indicators of the Ministry of Economic Affairs\u2019 Industry Professional Assessment and Certification (iPAS) for the Junior Net-Zero Carbon Planning Manager, the 18-hour course was supported by funding from the Higher Education Sprout Project. The curriculum centered on greenhouse gas inventory methodologies, carbon footprint analysis, and carbon reduction strategy planning, helping participants build foundational skills in net-zero carbon management and cultivating sustainability seed talents within MCU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Chief Sustainability Officer Yang-Cheng Lu emphasized that faculty, staff, and students play a crucial role in advancing sustainable governance on campus. He noted that professional training not only strengthens the university\u2019s capacity in sustainability education and governance practice but also lays the groundwork for future greenhouse gas inventories and carbon management operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ming Chuan University continues to pursue its dual-track transformation toward intelligence and sustainability.
